Do it now

How many times have you said to yourself, "After I lose weight, I'll ......"? Fill in the blank. Maybe you'd like to ask somebody on a date. Or buy a new outfit. Or go dancing. Or try a sport. Or do something new in your career (especially something that might make you more visible). Here's a challenge for you. Make a list of all the things you've been telling yourself you can do after you lose weight. Then pick one thing from the list and do it. Do it now!
